We value all of the feedback we receive. We use the feedback to develop our services further, and control the quality of our work. We are very active in collecting information on our customer satisfaction rate.

Your feedback will be sent to the feedback handler of the unit in question. All feedback is handled in a strictly confidential manner. During holiday seasons, responding to feedback may be delayed, but we aim to always handle all feedback as quickly as we can.
